VAT is calculated using the store's tax settings and the available customer address. The final amount based on your billing details is shown at checkout before payment.
Usage depends on the operation, input size and AI steps involved. Research, lengthy documents and syntheses may use more credits. Your balance and history are available in Settings.

Your research, within reach on your phone
Scan the QR code or open the installation link on your phone. Add Vedecký Radar to your home screen as a web application. There is no need to download an APK or search an app store.
The mobile interface stays in Simple mode: Chat, Settings, project and language selection, and credits. Both Basic and Research remain available in chat. Complex mode cannot be enabled on mobile.
Android: up-to-date Chrome → Install app. iPhone/iPad: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Do not disable security protection or bypass system warnings.

Frequently asked questions
How long are credits valid?
Under the new terms, your entire unused balance is valid for 12 months from the last paid top-up, including a successfully paid subscription renewal. A new top-up renews the 12-month period for the entire current balance. Unused credits are set to zero when it expires. Older balances without an agreed expiry are not changed retroactively: the period starts only with the next paid top-up and explicit acceptance of the new terms. Renewing an old subscription without this consent does not start the period.
Does Radar replace a systematic review or an expert?
No. It helps monitor, organize and process available sources. Coverage depends on databases, access and full-text availability; expert interpretation and citations still need verification.
Which documents can I add?
PDF, TXT, CSV, DOCX, XLSX and images are supported. OCR and reading some files depend on configuration and may use credits.
Can I edit a project after creating it?
Yes. Open an existing project in Projects and change its title, description, AI context or tags without losing its associated publications, documents and chats.
What is the difference between the Simple and Complex interfaces?
Simple focuses on Chat and Settings. Complex in the web application adds management of projects, watchlists, syntheses and the Knowledge Base — a project graph of entities and relationships. The Knowledge Base requires a connected data store and may incur separate credit usage. Mobile stays in Simple mode.
Does Research read every paper, including its cited sources?
No. It works with a bounded set of available texts in the selected project. If full text is missing, it may use the available abstract. A secondary citation is included when the source relationship is available; this does not mean the cited paper was also read separately. It does not automatically unlock paid full texts.
Is Radar suitable for teams?
Yes. It supports invitations, project sharing, visibility rules and shared credits with monthly limits. Creating your own team requires an eligible active subscription.
Do I need a new account or internet access on mobile?
Use the same account as on the web. You may need to sign in again after adding the app to your home screen. Project content and AI answers require internet access; sensitive project data is not stored in the application's offline cache.
