09:00–09:50 Registration Participant arrival and registration
09:50–10:00 Opening Welcome and practical information
10:00–11:00

Data intelligence and digital innovation in healthcare

Digital tools are changing how health data are generated, connected and interpreted. This session brings together responsible healthcare software development, omics analysis, patient and pregnancy identification in NIPT, and multimodal pre-screening systems. The common goal is to turn heterogeneous data into reproducible, clinically useful insights.

Time Speaker Presentation title
10:00–10:13 Yevhenii Knizhnytskyi From Prompt to Prototype: Vibe Coding as a Responsible Accelerator of Software Development in Medicine, Laboratory Diagnostics and Clinical Research
10:13–10:26 Dominik Hadžega BioNavira: a platform for interpreting omics data
10:26–10:39 MSc. Andrej Gnip Automated Patient and Pregnancy Identification Across Clinical Requests in Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing

Smart materials and sensor platforms for biomedicine

Smart materials expand the possibilities of non-invasive monitoring and biomimetic models. The talks present conductive composites, optical fibre sensors, magnetomechanical sensing and material layers for 3D-printed tissues. The focus is on connecting physicochemical characterisation with practical sensor function.
